Unfortunately a storm rolled in after fishing and before we were able to make it to the pool, but the girls got some water time anyway.
Brittany Woods Middle School put on High School Musical Jr. this spring and Olivia was fortunate enough to land the role of Kelsi, the shy piano player and composer. Her natural ability to be loud and dramatic has found a home. She was quite good.

It was just Mia and me today and although it was a little cold and wet, we decided to take a quick trip to the St. Louis Zoo. Mostly we wanted to pet the stingrays, but we made our way around to see a number of animals.
There really is not much left of the Alton Civil War Prison, but it provided a decent backdrop and shade in the harsh afternoon sun. These were just the things we needed for an Easter photo of Olivia and Mia. Yes, there are more Easter photos.
