Sorry that the video is so dark, but by 5pm it is almost night. Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile
Our yard is in the shade of a giant dutch Elm tree. It is great in the summer when it keeps the house at least 10 degrees cooler, but in the fall there are a ton of leaves to rake. Fortunately U. City picks up leaves for free and all we have to do is put them in the street. For us, the result is a pretty big pile of leaves. The girls have come to look forward to jumping in the pile and ask when I am going to build the giant leaf pile. The pile is pretty big this year and the girls are getting braver, so instead of just walking into the leaves, they started with falling backwards and moved up to running leaps.
Mia’s class went on a field trip to Eckerts Farm to pick some pumpkins and just have fun. I was lucky enough to go and of course, I brought my camera along. The photos are on my site, www.jeffreyphoto.com and I used Animoto to make the video below.
Every year we go to Thies Farm to pick out some pumpkins and have fun. A big part of that fun is sliding down the glider. Watch both Olivia and Mia having fun.
